We guarantee that all products are shipped from SHOP.DIGITALCAMERA.MY will reach our customers in Good Condition. In case of a lost or damaged parcel, we will take full responsibility and compensate you with a new shipment or full refund!

Upon shipment, we will notify you with tracking numbers, If you do not receive your goods within 7 days upon shipment, or the product received is a faulty or damaged condition, kindly contact us at shop@digitalcamera.my or call Whatsapp us at +6018-3115469 during office hours (Mon-Fri 10 am to 6 pm).

For items “In-Stock”, we ship out on the same day if the order and payment are received before 2.00 pm Malaysia time. Delivery by courier normally takes 1-2 days depending on the delivery location. We will inform the customer of the courier tracking number once a product is shipped. Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 5 days after the shipment advised. We are not responsible for parcels unclaimed after a month from the shipped date.
