Warranty Policy

Products at DIGITALCAMERA.MY can be categorized into the following warranty categories:

For the Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee product, the buyer has the choice to buy and test the product within the guarantee period. If the product is not up to buyer expectations or satisfaction, the buyer can return the product to us for a full refund (less shipping cost) within the guarantee period. No restocking fee applies.

For Original Manufacturer Warranty product, it means that the product is covered under the original manufacturer warranty. The buyer will be provided with the official warranty card by the manufacturer. All items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. DIGITALCAMERA.MY is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.

DIGITALCAMERA.MY will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. DIGITALCAMERA.MY‘s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.

Used product offering at DIGITALCAMERA.MY has a different warranty period as stated on the product page (normally from 7 days to 3 months).

Damage / Faulty Claim?

For damaged or faulty product during arrival, customer MUST REPORT (email to shop@digitalcamera.my AND whatsapp us at +60183115469) within 24 hours of receiving. All parcels sent by us are insured by the courier company, and a report must be made to the courier company within 24 hours for any damage claim. Delay in informing will not be eligible for any claim.

Return Policy

DIGITALCAMERA.MY reserves the rights to accept or reject the return of a product. Not All Products are Returnable. Please contact us if you are unsure about it.

Buyer must inform DIGITALCAMERA.MY at shop@digitalcamera.my within 7 days of the SHIPPED DATE of the product if a return is desired. The buyer must get approval from DIGITALCAMERA.MY prior to returning a product.

For approved returning, the returned product must be in its original unopened condition. DIGITALCAMERA.MY will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and the buyer must ship the product back to ShaShinSKi at his/her own cost. The buyer will take full responsibility for the product damage/lost during the return shipping, thus is advised to use insured courier shipping (PosLaju, Citylink, Fedex, DHL, etc.). The buyer must ship and return the product to DIGITALCAMERA.MY within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation.

Restocking Fee: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a DIGITALCAMERA.MY error, a restocking fee of 15% + Shipping Cost (RM10 or actual shipping cost, whichever is higher) may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and unopened software still in its/their sealed package, and on software that has not been downloaded if the software is delivered electronically.

For a faulty or defective product found within 7 days of receiving, DIGITALCAMERA.MY will pay for the return shipping cost. Customer must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product. For products older than 7 days, the customer will have to ship the product to us for warranty claim at his / her own cost.
